Under no circumstances should any work be completed underneath the vehicle if it is not adequately supported, as serious injuries and death can occur. 1.Set the steering to straight ahead. 2.Raise the vehicle. 3.Remove protective shroud from under the rear of the vehicle to access the compressor.(picture 1,2) 4.Disconnect the three(3)electrical connectors from the valve block and compressor assembly.(picture 3,4,5) 5.Disconnect the rubber intake hose.(picture 6) 6.Disconnect the red and blue air lines from the valve block(note:Black line does not have to be disconnected).(picture 7,8) 7.Remove the four(4)outer mounting nuts that secure the compressor bracket assembly to the vehicle.(picture 9) 8.Remove the entire compressor assembly from the vehicle.(picture 10) Air Suspension Compressor Removal: 1.Remove the air line from the compressor.(picture 11) 2.Remove the air line fitting from the air hose by sliding the threaded portion up the line and spreading the collet open. Slide the air fitting off the air line.(picture 12) 3.Remove the three(3)torx screws that secure the mounting bracket to the compressor.(picture 13,14) Air Suspension Compressor Assembly Installation: 1.Install the air compressor assembly into the vehicle using the factory mounting hardware.(picture 15) 2.Remove plug and insert intake hose.(picture 16,17) 3.Reattach the red(upper)and blue(lower)air lines.(picture 18) 4.Reconnect all three(3)electrical plugs and clip the power plug into the bracket.(picture 19,20,21) 5.Replace the protective shroud over the compressor. Installation complete. *Warning & Notice: 1.When the air compressor being replaced, the matching relay must be replaced according to the corresponding vehicle. If there is something wrong with the relay which leads the compressor to continuous operation without any break, it will burn out the electric motor or other plastic part. 2.When the air compressor being installed, the critical parts such as rubber shock pad and damping spring must be fully fixed on the stand without short installation or missing installation (The air compressor is unequipped with parts). With the anti-vibration parts of short installation or missing installation, a loud noisy instance will happen when the air compressor is working for the sake of resonance. 3.Distribution valve, shock absorber, air tank and tube connector must be checked after air compressor installed to ensure air-tightness. The lifespan of the air compressor will be shortened if the leakage exists. 4. Increased noises while the compressor is running may be caused by a non-functioning compressor mounting. Change the rubbers and springs of the mounting in any case. 5.A porous intake hose often is the cause for a breakdown of the compressor. Change the intake hose and preferably also the filter and noise absorber, because we do not want the compressor to breakdown because of these. 6.Change the relays before installing the compressor even if it seems to still work. This is also a specification by the car manufacturer. Be sure to change the right relays. Relays look similar, that is why there is a risk to change the wrong relays. 7.Be sure to check whether the system is leakproof after repairing. The easiest way to do this is to park the vehicle. Wait for the system to automatically re-adjust if your car has this feature. Then measure the heights from the ground to the lower edge of the fender as exactly as possible and take notes. On the day after measure these heights again and compare them with the ones before. Even a small difference will lead to a damaged compressor and damaged valves in the long run. *OEM Part Number: Air Suspension Compressor: 37206875176,17506005547, 37206784137,37206864215, 37206789165,37206789450 Valve Block: 37206789450 37206864251 37206864215 37206794465 37206875176 37206789165 37206784137 37226787617 37206868998 *Package include: Air Suspension Compressor+air supply valve block Item Specifics Placement on Vehicle Left Included Hardware Compressor Lubrication Style Oil-Free Drive Layout Front Engine RWD & 4WD Platform F01 F02 F04 Material Iron Color Silver Type Air Suspension Compressor Custom Bundle No Return Policy 30 Days Free Return Manufacturer Warranty 1 Year Quantity 2PCS Fitment Type Direct Replacement OE Spec or Performance/Custom OE Spec Adjustable Yes Features Easy to Replace Brand Autodealsparts Manufacturer Part Number CB841624S01 Interchange Part Number 37206875176 OE/OEM Part Number 37206789450 Superseded Part Number 37206789165 Fit for BMW 7 Series F01 F02 740 750 760 Li 2008-2015 Kit Parts Included Kit Important Notice Just like the picture, Professional installation required Surface Finish High Quality Greasable or Sealed Sealed Payment We only accept PayPal.
