Returns Domestic returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee - This covers subsequent physical inspection, going through the machine again, another round of testing, and restocking post receipt.
